Weight loss success stories with Phentermine?

alright..
i went to the weight loss clinic a few days ago.. i weigh 281 pounds..i’m 5’6 and only 18 years old, i know this is bad.. a serious problem.. PLEASE do not judge me just yet. i WANT to get this weight off. i am DISGUSTED with myself.

I got prescribed Adipex(Phentermine) to lose some weight..

i am curious to know how well it will work.. do you have any success stories or pictures? i would love to hear/see them to help motivate me.. also.. what diet did you stick with? i need to know. i start taking them January 1st.. I will not stop until i get down to ATLEAST 175 pounds..

Im 19, 5’7″ 1/2 and started out at 270 lbs. I got prescribed adipex In October. The first week it made me disguisted to even think about food. I forced myself to eat cereal every morning and a small lunch/small dinner (often I would skip one or the other because I didnt feel hungry), felt sweatier than usual (maybe because of the increase in burning energy). I worked out in my gym every day from 25-45 minutes (increased as I went along). I weighed in with my doc a month later and had lost 26 lbs, I weighed 244. Then because of other obligations, winter break, this past month I didnt excercise AT ALL. My eating varies but when I take the pill I usually dont eat a ton and I eat anything I want just in moderation. I went to the doc today and lost another 9 lbs, down to 235. She is prescribing it for 6 months and overall I feel ok. Occasional dry mouth (not as bad as the 1st month) and I dont feel the energy and stuff that I used to (I think I developed a tolerance)…sometimes I skip a day then take 2 or 2 1/2 the next day (I dont reccommend!!!!!) I actually dont even feel alot different after doing this just kind of shaky…like I drank 10 cups of coffee but not really energetic? I hope this helps =)
