Hi everyone,

Ever since i had my contraception Implant in, i have put on like 3 and a half stone, i have just had my implant out and realised my appetite is not as it use to be and i am eating less and more eager to exercise.

What is the best exercise for the stomach?
Also my calfs are quite large but muscly, i do alot of cycling now will this gain more muscle in my calfs? I hate the size of them and want them smaller but they dont have a right lot of fat.

Adn finally as anyone ever tried any weight loss tablets, patches ect what work i.e Alli, Adios, Pink Patch

Thank you, when you lost all your weight, what happened with the excess skin. Because i have such a large belly, and i wonder if it will have a lot of skin when i loose most of the fat

Swimming is good for the stomach, cycling will cause fat to turn to muscle. I tried the weight loss pills Alli (doctor gave me prescription one) You cannot leave the house as you only have seconds to get to the toilet several time a day and it is a terrible smell that doesn’t go away for days and I was very hungry and gained 3lbs within a week, I had stomach pains and gave up after 8 days and it took 3 weeks for my bowels to get back to normal with stomach pains constantly.
