what exerices can i do to lose this weight?
hi im 350 pounds im 17 and 5`7 and i wanted to lose at least 30 pounds my first week 21 pounds the next week then 15 the rest so lose like 150 pounds in about one or two months .. i was planning to go on a liquid diet just drink water all day and eat special k cereal once a day and go to the gym and lose 1000 calories in the morning 500 in the afternoon and 1000 at night …by the way i lose 200 calories on station bike in 5 minutes when i type my weight in and ride on full resistance …..and nobody say ill die thats impossible because on the biggest loser show every season people my size lose 30 pounds their first week and the next week and 50 cent loss 50 pounds of muscle in 9 weeks starving himself and his doctor said he was fine …and i loss 15 pounds in week before…………………………………so what exercises can i do to lose the man boobs love handles and butt
First of all you can’t starve yourself to lose weight. You have to eat to lose weight. The key is eating the right things and in small portions. You should aim for 5-6 small meals a day eaten every 3-4 hours. Think lean protein, fruits and vegetables and whole grains. If you don’t eat, your body will go into starvation mode and you won’t drop any pounds because that’s the body’s way of protecting itself. So eat well and do 45 min. to 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week. You should also do some strength training, which will help you burn fat. Lastly, the weight didn’t come on overnight so it’s not going to come of overnight. You have to adopt a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life and you will be on your well to a body you’re happy with.
I wouldn’t compare yourself to the contestants on the Biggest Loser. It’s a reality show, yes, but no one can work out everyday for 8 hours for three months. Just take it one day at a time.
