Will i lose 5 pounds?
me and my friend have this health/weight loss plan for the next 3 days. DO u think it will help us lose anywhere from 4-6 pounds? its not only about weight loss its about cleansing aswell!
days 1 and 2
tennis 1.5 hours
organic low fat yogurt
caesar salad (dressing on the side) and fresh grapefruit juice
day 3
no tennis
organic low fat yogurt
tuna (dressing on the side) and fresh grapefruit juice
we will spend all 3 days on the beach (after tennis ofc)
me – 16 years old, 5.2 tall and 130 pounds
