Jillian Michaels-30 Day Shred?
So, I’m on day 3, level one…. Never been active a day in my life……. Tons of Veggies/fruits, and staying at about 1200 calories a day… has anyone done this dvd, and actucally have it work? i’ve heard some pretty bad horror stories about it being a terrible dvd, and only loosing 5 lbs, i’m looking to loose 30 lbs I want to get back down to my pre -baby weight. I’m hoping because i’m kind of putting my body in shock, i’ll loose quickly at first, and then tamper off at the end…… anyone have any words of advice for me? As, I am TOTALLY clueless on anything that has to do with carbs/calories/sugars/ weight loss.. HELP. haha.
