Free Weight Loss With Hypnosis
What stops you from losing weight?
I am a hypnotherapist who specialises in weight loss and I have a blog which is related to losing weight. I always do my best to keep this blog up to date and relevent for people with weight issues and its becuaes of this that I would like your help. I want to record some hypnosis sessions and then give these away for free on my blog but I want them to be specific to peoples needs.
So what are your three main things which usually stop you losing weight or cause you to put weight on again?
bread!! it makes me pack on the pounds simply because when i have a bit i want the whole loaf lol, also really good home cooked meals like lasagna keep going back for more!! lol and buffets because you pay for it and it’s there you feel like you need to eat alot you honestly end up eating about 6 times more than usual!! lol hope this helps a bit
