Weight Loss After Birth C Section
Is this a normal amount of weight loss after giving birth?
I gave birth to my son 3 weeks ago this Wednesday and I have lost all the 40 lbs that I gained while pregnant with him. I carried him really well, I just mostly had a belly, and he was 9lbs when he was born. But now I think I look sick, you can see bones in my feet and my clavical and my rib cage seems to stick out. I”m back in my size 8 jeans, which I haven’t been able to wear since I was 5 weeks pregnant.The only thing I have is a tiny pouch . I did have a c-section. I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining but to me it’s almost like I lost the weight to fast and now that you can see some of my bones, I just feel like I look sick. Is it okay to loose the weight that fast.
I”m pretty average I’m 5’7 and 145lbs
Your weight will balance out. Breast feeding helps to lose the extra weight more quickly too.
