20 Day Weight Loss Exercise Routine

Will I see weight loss results if I continue this routine?
Morning- For breakfast, either eat a fruit (banana, apple, or orange) and a glass of 2% milk (has fat, calcium, all the things normal milk would have.) Also, 5-10 minutes of low-key weight lifting. I usually do a 10 pound dumbbell in each hand, and do various exercises (this is to revv up my metabolism for the day.)
Lunch- At the most, an 80 calorie cheese stick, bottle of water, and maybe 5 wheat thins.
Between 4pm-6pm- Run three miles, burning about 300 calories. Lift more weights (total of 20 pounds) for about 10-15 minutes. And every-other day do a 25 minute workout DVD with Jillian Michaels.
Lunch- Varies what type of food, but always healthy and beneficial. Usually between 100-400 calories.
In the past month, I have lost about 15 pounds.
Good?
ALSO, I never feel dizzy, faint, starving, deprived, or overly tired. With the daily food intake, it is not affecting how I feel or how my body normally functions.
Definitely. Just make sure your giving your body everything it needs. You don’t seem to have mentioned any meat (unless your a veggie) your body really needs iron, and although it may sound strange, don’t burn off too many calories, because once you burn off the fat, it begins to take away your muscle.
