anyone had great results from a juice fast?

first off i dont want to hear from ppl that say this isnt a good way for weight loss, or anyone saying negative stuff. im on day 2 of a juice fast im hoping to go for 30 days. has anyone had great weight loss experience by doing this? if so how much weight did you lose?

I did one for a month and lost about 15lbs but gained it straight back as soon as I started eating again. I was also so tired and miserable the whole time. Basically it just wasn’t worth it. X
